Contemporary dance explores fluidity, floor work, release and expressive storytelling. It develops artistry, strength and individuality, giving students the freedom to interpret music and emotion through movement.

Who it’s for
Dancers aged 8 and over, including adults, who want a more expressive, grounded style alongside ballet or modern.
Your first class
Fitted, stretchy clothing and bare feet (or socks). Be ready to work on the floor as well as standing.
